M Projects came into existence through a passionate pair of young entrepreneurs. Since 1986, we have been accommodating companies and people’s needs wherever and whenever they require instant working or living space. Initially the company provided a transport and erection service to the mobile office industry however from 1994, we began manufacturing for ourselves, in order to supplement our own rental fleet and, at the same time, provide a quality accommodation alternative. We are now major suppliers of rental and sale units, not only to industry but to a range of different projects. We also refurbish pre-owned units, adding a low-cost, quality option to mobile office accommodation. Using only the finest materials and offering a choice of superior finishes, inside and out, through close attention to detail and the highest workmanship, M Projects guarantee quality and integrity of construction. We also offer dismantling and re-erection of our own and other companies units, quickly and cost-effectively across Kwa-Zulu Natal and beyond. M Projects success is based on offering a total service of rental/sales, transport and siting of quality products. The Polyurethane Panel Plant, the newest of M Projects facilities, is located on a 15 hectare, privately owned, industrial complex in KwaMakhutha. The operation was established to produce insulated polyurethane panels for both the housing market and to satisfy export requirements. Combination ECB roll former and cut to length line with protective plastic application for Chromadek. The sandwich wall construction includes a high insulation core which has come through with flying colours both nationally and internationally. The polyurethane panel quality is extremely high, from both a finish and structural aspect. M Projects can offer full or partial refurbishment of your building to almost any specification. These can be carried out both at our premises and on site with a programme to suit your needs and budget. Adding to our reputation in the manufactured accommodation field, At M Projects we now have 2 production plants. The first main plant being in Prospecton which manufactures Production Volumetric Units. The second being our Polyurethane Panel Plant which is located on a 15 hectare, privately owned, industrial complex in KwaMakhutha. Coupled with expertise earned in the marketplace, attention to detail and quality materials, projects units stand proud.
